The palettes saved in the plugin are stored locally on your device using Figma's clientStorage. Because of this, they are tied to the specific device and Figma account you were using at the time. If you're not seeing your palettes, please double-check that you're logged into the same Figma account and using the same device as before.
If you've switched devices or accounts, the palettes won't transfer automatically. To prevent this in the future, you can export your palettes as JSON files and re-import them when needed.

Angelo Libero thanks for that thorough response. I tested out what you described by switching accounts and accessing a number of files. Good news: my library is NOT empty, as you say. However, it looks like the color palettes are synced to the individual file, not the account.
I will be upgrading my laptop soon, so good shout to export palettes via JSON files.
